Toddy Cold-brew Coffee Maker

The original home cold-brew system from Toddy Products. Toss in a pound of course-ground coffee, fill with cold water, let sit overnight, then drain into the handy carafe. What you get is a smooth, healthier, low-acid coffee concentrate that is great for making iced coffees (as we do here in the store), coffee dessert items, smoothies/shakes---all sorts of stuff! Of course, you can also add the concentrated toddy to water and heat it for a low-acid hot cup. One batch produces about a quart, and it keeps fresh in the refrigerator for at least a week.

Pavoni "Professional" Burr Grinder

Pavoni has been one of our favorite manufacturers for years, and in fact supplies the only grinders we typically carry. This one may well last a lifetime, and is capable of handling small commercial espresso operations and volume. It will produce a consistent grind for any type of brew method, from Turkish to automatic drip to French press.
A burr grinder is a must for producing the consistent grind needed for true espresso and if (like us) you brew with different methods depending on your mood that day (or hour), this is the way to go.
