Dark roast coffees have a stronger flavor, and some of the nuances of the beans are masked by the darker roast in favor of "bite". The following coffees are listed from slightly-darker-than-average to very dark.

This South American blend is roasted only slightly darker than our regular roast. It has some subtle dark roast taste while maintaining the mild characteristics of the South American coffees.

Light French Roast

This blend of moderately dark roasted coffees is our house espresso blend. A blend of South American and African coffees prodvide the complexity and strength required for a truely great espresso blend. Dark roasted, but not so dark as to lose the complex character the blend provides.

Organic Dark Colombian

This Organic Colombian coffee is roasted dark to provide a moderately bold flavor. The mildness of the Columbian coffee makes for a very smooth cup, with the darker roast adding a bit of "bite".
