Latin American coffees are generally the lightest and mildest of the world's coffees. The following is a list of the Mill's fine central and south America offerings.
|
Organic Brazilian
$11.95
Though Brazil produces 30 - 50% of the world's coffee, few of the Brazilians are of specialty grade. This 'Bourbon Santos' is a fine exception. Similar to Colombian, with a bit more body and tang. Now organic!

|
Organic Colombian Supremo
$10.95
The 'supremo' is Columbia's highest grade, with a consistently superior quality, smooth body and mellow flavor.

Organic Costa Rican
$11.95
Costa Rican coffee is a complete coffee with all of the desirable characteristics for a well balanced cup. Our favorite South American displays an exceptionally full body and robust richness. It comes from the San Marcos de Tarrazu district, not far from the capital, San Jose. We carry only the 'strictly hard bean,' which indicates a Costa Rican coffee grown above 3,900 feet and typically their finest beans.

Organic Guatemalan
$12.49
The mountainous region of Huehuetenango (way-way-tuh-NANE-go) produces this superior Guatemalan bean. Its flavor is distinct, with a spicy-chocolate character and a rich, medium-full body. Now organic!

Organic Nicaraguan
$10.95
NEW!

Organic Decaf Mexican
$11.75
We roast this mild, organic Mexican "altura" a little dark to bring out it's milk chocolate-like flavor and smoothness.
